Production Plan The play <Do You Remember My Death> starts with a transcript by an actual documentary writer who meets the victims (survivors) and perpetrators of the Rwanda genocide, in facing the 25th anniversary of Rwanda, that covers in detail how they reconciled, what happened in the past and what the difficulties were in reconciling. In order to draw closer to the heart contained in the transcript, a workshop was conducted to look back on experiences of fighting and forgiveness by deeply reflecting on each person's life, along with researching and interviewing various historical sources. After the workshop, during the development stage of the work, the narrative was constructed in a way to look into the inner hatred by aligning a real event closely related to the director's own life to the story. The aim is to continue to explore what is the identity of hatred that keeps us from being in our proper place in life, and how we can be freed from it. Contest Work: Do you remember my death?
