Pianist Bae In-kyung, “Companion IV”

Pianist Bae In-kyung graduated from Yewon School and Seoul Arts High School, and from Seoul National University College of Music with honors, and received a master's degree from Seoul National University's Graduate School of Music. She received a full scholarship from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the United States and earned a Doctorate in Musical Arts (Major: Piano Performance and Literature) (Dissertation: Sebastian Currier Verge) (Studied under: Ian Hobson, Kim Kwi-hyun, Oh Yun-ju, Yoon Young-hwa). She has taught at Suwon University, Chonbuk National University and Graduate School, Hyeopseong University, Gachon Conservatory, Yewon School, and Seoul Arts High School. She currently teaches as a professor at Soongui Women's University. She is also the art director of the Daum Ensemble, and is actively working as a director, advisor, and judge of a number of culture and art organizations. PROGRAM W. A.
