Caspar David Friedrich Concert

행사 소개

The concert is designed to explore German Romanticism through the works of the 19th century German Romantic landscape painter Caspar David Friedrich. Commentaries will be given about Friedrich’s paintings; on the ideals and emotions represented by fog and sea, the national spirit symbolized by rocks and oak trees, the praise for nature with morning and evening scenes as well as with noon and afternoon ones, and the sublimity implied in monk and wanderer. And it will be accompanied with music by German Romanticism composers including Schubert, Schumann, and Wagner. 주최: 세종문화회관
