Opera Gala

행사 소개

The Opera Gala is a special musical gift from the Seoul Metropolitan Opera to wrap up the year. This year’s Opera Gala takes as its theme operatic works featured in film, offering a program that feels both familiar and intriguing. Well-known arias are presented alongside easy and accessible commentary sharing the stories behind them, inviting audience members to enjoy a special experience of growing closer to opera. A signature feature of the Seoul Metropolitan Opera’s opera gala is its “hidden commentator.” Following Shin Dongyeob (2022), Jung Joonho and Shin Hyunjoon (2023), Jun Hyunmoo (2024), and Oh Eunyoung (2025), a surprise commentator who exceeds audience expectations will once again take the stage in 2026, offering fresh charm and unexpected delight. Full cast and commentator will be announced at a later date. 주최: 세종문화회관
