L’odeur Quartet Recital – A New Chapter: Portraits of Youth

행사 소개

A New Chapter: Portraits of Youth Formed in 2023, the piano quartet L’odeur Quartet, consisting of four talented young musicians, presents its first musical journey of 2026 under the subtitle “Portraits of Youth.” Centered on works composed during the early years of each composer’s life, the program reflects moments when ideals, passion, and artistic exploration shone most brightly. The program opens with L. v. Beethoven – Piano Quartet No. 3, written when the composer was only fifteen years old. Revealing the vivid brilliance of his youthful genius, the work is newly interpreted through the L’odeur Quartet’s bright and vibrant ensemble. This is followed by G. Mahler – Piano Quartet, his only work in the genre, capturing the inner world of the young composer through deep emotion and dramatic tension, and highlighting the ensemble’s musical focus. The latter part of the program features J. Brahms – Piano Quartet No. 3, a masterwork of profound depth. Through this piece—where restrained lyricism meets powerful energy—the L’odeur Quartet presents a more mature and expansive musical world. 주최: 세종문화회관
