2026 Anyone Can Enjoy Classical with the KBS Symphony Orchestra

행사 소개

For the May edition of 2026 “Anyone Can Enjoy Classical,” conductor Seokwon Hong, noted for his refined yet dynamic interpretations, appears together with the KBS Symphony Orchestra, one of Korea’s leading orchestras. Joining them as soloist is Changyong Shin, a rising pianist who has been gaining recognition on the international stage. The program features Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 1 in E minor, Op. 11, admired for its lyrical Romantic expression, and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7 in A major, Op. 92, celebrated for its powerful rhythmic drive and propulsive energy. The delicate lyricism of the piano and the dynamic force of the orchestra create a striking contrast, filling the concert hall with vivid energy and dramatic tension. Guided by the precision and vitality of the orchestra, this May performance offers an immersive musical experience — an opportunity to engage deeply with the fundamental energy of music and to encounter a vividly expressive symphonic world.
