Choi In Guitar Recital “From Here to Everywhere”

행사 소개

Classical guitarist Choi In, who has not only renewed his repertoire every year, but also constantly written new works, gives his solo concert on Saturday June 24 at Sejong Chamber Hall. Titled ‘From Here to Everywhere,’ this upcoming concert conveys his thoughts and reflection as well as his recovery and hope as an artist who has gone through chaos and anxiety in the time of crisis. Since his return to Korea in 2012, Choi has written a number of pieces inspired by beautiful Korean nature and cultural heritage. Though he has mastered a Western instrument, he has been searching for what our culture rooted from both as a Korean artist and as a global citizen. Now he is ready to communicate it with audiences through music that doesn’t feel far from our life. This concert is planned to heal and comfort those who have struggled to survive all the hardships during the global pandemic, and anyone wanting to be immersed in analog sensibility is welcome to join 주최: 세종문화회관
