행사 소개
Beginner's course of Korean traditional dance controlling both body and soul - Traditional dance for contemporary people tired of ordinary hectic life similar to treadwheel!, beginner's course of Korean traditional dance - Didimsae - I'm getting tired of frequently-occurred dining together, drinking, smoking and accumulated stresses even if I want to do something for myself in order to restore my energy. A solution suggested by Sejong Center for the Performing Arts for those who feel yoga, ballet and pilates are somewhat burdensome, but fitness club is a little bit boring not to bring the mind of going there every day!! Beginner's course of Korean traditional dance - Didimsae is a dance practice program that controls our minds by use of stretch and respiration method every hour and our bodies by use of the course movements. 주최: 세종문화회관
