Kimchangwan Band on Sync Next 26

행사 소개

At the forefront of every timeline we’ve sung At some point, we found ourselves standing before an unfamiliar landscape. A K-pop that the world embraces first, and Korea catches up to afterward. A K-pop that has grown into a vast universe, extending into animation, games, and virtual worlds. And walking alongside that current, the textures of emotion and narrative that Korean popular music has accumulated over time have been traveling the very same timeline. Kim Changwan is a rare artist who has carried that continuity in a single body. From the experimental spirit of Sanullim to the lyricism of folk, from the innocence of children's songs to the language of everyday life woven into television drama — he belongs to a generation that remembers the emotional archetypes of the era before K-pop, and he is an artist who can look at today's industrialized music not with judgment, but with the gaze of observation. K-pop as an industrial system, and Korean popular music as a record of feeling — on the single stage of Kimchangwan Band, we lay these two axes, which have run along the same timeline, one over the other, and play K-pop back in our own language. 주최: 세종문화회관
