Hanurij Lee on Sync Next 26

행사 소개

And they lived **** ever after Hanurij Lee, a composer recognized as one of the most compelling voices of his generation through victories at the Bartók World Competition and other major music competitions at home and abroad, turns to a familiar fairy tale in his first full-length work — and expands it into an entirely different story. Let us call to mind a tale we all know. The three little pigs who build their houses of straw, wood, and brick. Here, the three figures are no longer characters in a fairy tale but three musical subjects who erode and entangle each other's boundaries, and between them an unspoken tension moves. The story no longer flows as a story. Narrative recedes, and the performers do nothing but set the music in motion — before we notice, the scene has been taken over by music itself. Through a single event, identities blend and, in time, collapse. Within this structure, where music, body, space, and sensation operate in parallel, the familiar fairy tale ends — and in the place where it ends, something altogether different begins. 주최: 세종문화회관
